Young's Double Chocolate Stout has an intriguing twist. Chocolate malt and real dark chocolate are combined with Young's award winning rich, full flavoured dark beer to craft a satisfyingly indulgent, but never overly sweet experience.
Pale ale and crystal malt, chocolate malt, special blend of sugars, Fuggle and Goldings hops, real dark chocolate and chocolate essence.

"Pours thick and dark, just the way I like it. A fluffy head sits atop this lightly chocolate flavored beer and appeals to every taste bud on my tongue. There's no overkill of chocolate, it doesn't taste of water and when fresh and poured properly, it's overall great beer. "

"Pours oil-black with thin tan head with solid retention. Sweet aroma of light molasses, mint, cocoa/coffee, banana, and spices. The mouthfeel is smooth, frothy, thick, rich, and builds. Flavors of coffee, molasses, cocoa, hops, and mild spices. Delicious!"

"Wow. The pour is standard from a nitro-draft can, but its so pretty when its done settling. Midnight black with a tan/white 2 cm head that has Guinness like retention. The aroma is roasted malts, bitter chocolate, and coffee. Mouthfeel is exceptionally creamy and smooth. The taste is epic, with chocolate malts, mocha, and bittering chocolate to finish. This is a great dessert beer. This is one my favorite stouts."

"I love stouts, and I love chocolate. So, why shouldn't I love the mixture of the two? This is a beautiful black beer with a medium sized tan coloured head. The aroma of chocolate hits you right away and the nostrils think that heaven is comin' down. The flavour of this beer does not disappoint. Roasted malt, lots of chocolate, and some coffee hints lend to a great experience, all finished up by a unique bitterness. "

"This beer pours an opaque black color with a small light brown head that last nearly to the end leaving a light lace. The brew's aroma is chocolate with some coffee and malt elements. Mouthfeel is creamy. Taste is chocolate, a little coffee and malt hardly any hop bitterness. Best from the tap!"
