"Hazy golden orange colour, mediumsized beige creamy head. Aroma is fruits, yeast and some spices. Flavour is yeast, spices, grass and some slight caramel and hay. Wellbalanced. Alcohol also gives a small sting in the finish. "

"Bottle: Poured a cloudy dark yellow color ale with a huge foamy head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast and sweet malt with some candies sugar. Taste is also dominated by the Belgian yeast and the sweet malt with a slightly funky finish. Body is not filtrated and quite full with adequate carbonation. Not the best blond Belgian ale I’ve had but pretty good nonetheless."

"A cloudy yellow appearance with little head. A lemon, detergent, yeasty aroma. The flavor is heavy on the limes and the lemons. Sounds like a Sprite almost and its close. A dose of cloves and mint leaves in the flavor. An interesting session ale but nothing amazing either. "

"12.23.05 330ml bottle. Hazed straw color with medium, rocky, lasting white head. Aroma is very grassy, freshly herbed and green, and with little cracker notes. Mouthfeel is crisp, effy. Flavor is bitterly herbed, something waxy and weird, hints of chlorinated pool water (that must tbe the lime). Plenty of yeast playing, dynamic flavors across the palate mixing with whispers of acidity. Nothing at all sweet, which is welcome. Curious stuff, this."

"Cloudy orange body with a large bubbled slightly off white head. Teh aroma is a fresh and sharp citrus, like when you first cut a lime. There is also some fresh cut grass and a little lemon scented cleaning liquid. However, the soapy character is very light. The taste is a rather dry lime peel with some hay. The citrus here is very understated, similar a little bit of tonic water. I see this as a beer type version of a vokda tonic, hold the vodka. Interesting, seems like it would match well with a light citrus chicken or fish dinner. "
