"We have a candy explosion on the nose. First i see its different and has a ton of flavor so good start. Lots of fruit, sweet sun dried tasting raisins, dry tannins, cherries and seedless grapes, dead forest logs, a little bitter/mostly dry.....Sour oranges, Floral, pollen and beeswax, the Honey adds to a very bright sweetness. A Sourness really kicks at the end and takes all that sweet to another place....spunky. A whirlwind of flair. Hey its got game"

"Bottle: Poured a hazy and cloudy dark brown color ale with a huge foamy head with quite good retention and lacing. Aroma of candi sugar and sourness is pretty intense. Taste of sweet malt candi sugar and funky Belgian yeast is complex and quite intense. Body is way above average with tick lees at lying at the bottom of the bottle with some great carbonation. Interesting farmhouse characteristics that I wasn’t expecting."

"Pours out in murky dark brown appearance, toppped with a small bubbly tan head. Interesting aroma of sourish dark malts, black cherries, muscavado sugar, wood and lactc acid. Dry and lactic flavour, notes of leaves, wood, cherries, milk and earth. Dense, flat and compact mouthfeel. Nuts, wood and cherry skins in the aftertaste."
