A Summer Seasonale... A Belgian-style White beer that we brew with three different Belgian yeast strains and spice with three different aromatic citrus peels and coriander. The WeedWacker is complex, yet refreshing with a spicy aroma yielding to a dry, quenching finish.

Again, like the Shelter Pale Ale this one does not come up to the brewery's high standards. Too thin for this style of beer. When is someone going to make a good, thick chewy wit?

Poured a clear gold color with a small white head and nice lacing. Aroma of citrus, yeast, and light spice. Taste was yeasty and citrusy, some bubblegum, and light wheat. No real spices were detected in the taste although this was refreshing. Not exactly brewed to style, and this was perfectly clear, and not hazy at all. I would have given the appearance a 6 for this, but since it left nice lacing, I bumped it to a 7.
