more flavor and less boring than other HWs...notice, though, i said "less boring" and not good, or anything like that. not bad for a fruit beer. tart, aromatic and refreshing, but simple and a little dull.

Nice pour, light brown, huge head, aroma not so sweet with blackberry tartness. Same tartness carries into the flavor, but then it gets confectionars sugary sweet. The finish is inconsistently bitter/tart to metallic depending on temerature as the beer warms to room tempquickly in a tiny flute. This is a true headache beer if consumed in a session.

This beer actual pours very well..a great billowy white head that sinks down to a nice lace ..beer is a light brown colour..with nice carbonation "strings" Can smell the blackberry essense very well..but its nice not overpowering..nice in fact. Taste well what can i say this is quite a well balanced fruit flavoured ale..nice taste but i can still make out the malts..slightly bitter at the end..good Its pretty average on the tongue..nothing bad though I found this beer very drinkable when cold like now..its horrid warmed so this is one beer to drink well chilled..but all in all its a refreshing beverage. Another beer that seems to be in limbo since Miller took over.
