Taps hazy, barely translucent apricot with a good eggshell head. Aroma features wheaty, lemon and yeasty tones. Flavor presents wheat, yeast, and sweet and tart lemon. Texture delivers firm body and peppy fizz. Try a horn.

Had as: Humperdinks Big Horn Hefe on Tap .. . has a very unique sweetness .. light banana foster and a touch of cloves and yeast .. . medium mouth .. a bit sugary.. i thought this was good .. . That night, fate wore a cummerbund ... of suspense.

another fairly solid but short of a standout brew from the RAM. a little more citrusy than standard for the german hefes. still nice. smooth, light spice and clove and a hint of banana.

Sampled 12-28-09 in Tacoma. It was poured a slightly hazy golden color with no apparent cloudiness as one might expect from a good hefe. It had a nice head and stellar lacing however, yet failed to produce any character whatsoever. Not hateful, just not great.

Light gold color, slightly cloudy. Some banana flavor. Light taste. Good flavor. Finish is crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
