Schell's Roggenbier is fermented with our special Hefeweizen yeast strain. The flavor profile is reminiscent of cloves, bananas, vanilla, a dash of chocolate, and the speciments of malted rye. Medium bodied, dark brown in color, and very mildly hopped.
