Here's a poke at domestic mass produced, mundane, lifeless, boring, bland, fizzy yellow, insipid swill. Brewmaster, Chuck Silva believes that "Fizzy Yellow Beer" can and should be full of life and flavor. Green Flash's "Fizzy Yellow Beer" is just that, full of life and flavor from premium European Pilsner Malt and Noble Hops. A traditional Pilsner lager yeast ferments the beer and imparts a specific, clean flavor during the one month lagering period. Of course our "Fizzy Yellow Beer" has a bit more hop than even the best European examples which makes it truly a Green Flash Original.

Aliased as East Village Pilsner in their local series. Kinda boring in context of their pretty awesome line-up, but not bad. Crisp and light...I was hoping for a little livlier hop note, but the malt kinda carries this one. Just ok.
