Imperial India Black Stout. This is a complete RTD Black and Tan. Not just any Black and Tan but the one where we flawlessly mixed a flippant good Imperial IPA with a profoundly evil Imperial Stout and sustained sweet beer balance.

Pours rich, warm sable with a thick and rather persistent tan head. Couldn’t look better! Aroma has chocolate, roast coffee, hoppy, and nutty notes. Flavor has the same notes but more of coffee and hops, plus roast malt and a hint of caramel. Hoppy bitterness provides a nice undertone. Firm, smooth texture has some good fizz. A splendid marriage of IPA and stout, to bring balance to your life. And beer.

The single releases of Yin & Yang encouraged you to drink them solo, and combine the last little bit, which we did. Apparently, they decided to just do it themselves and released this ridiculously huge black and tan as it's own beer. Yin and Yang is roasty, super sweet and hoppy all a tthe sa,e time. Covers up the alcohol very well for 11% despite it's thickness. A nice way to finish off the night. Better than the IIPA, not as good as the stout was solo, IMO.
