AKA "The Chocolate Blueberry" in English, at the Ottawa brewpub. Pours a clean copper-amber colour with a decent warm cap, average retention and some good soapy lace. Nice dark cereal malts with hints of chocolate malt. Yeast comes out with time. Wet refreshing mouthfeel with a little stickiness. Mild blueberry flavours with a grainy aftertaste, but not much chocolate, and not too sweet. This is a nice refreshing summer fruit beer. Just wish there was more chocolate malts. Gets better with food.
