Mission Accomplished is an American IPA, brewed with a bold hop aroma and assertive bitterness. The combination of organic American and New Zealand hops give the beer sweet, juicy notes of tangerine, tropical fruit and pine. Bready malts provide some backbone but ultimately are no match for the smooth hop bitterness. The American yeast supplies mild, fruity esters that ease back and allow the hops to take their rightful place in the spotlight. History & Style The India Pale Ale (IPA) style was first brewed in England. Pale, assertively hopped and strong, over time the style became malty and weaker in alcohol. Early American craft brewers reinvented the IPA using American hop varieties, which gave the style its bold signature citrus and pine aroma. Tasting Notes Aromas of tangerine and pine hit the nose first, and then are joined by a spicy and floral hop bouquet, mingled with tropical fruit. The taste is of sweet, juicy hops with flavours of citrus and pine, followed by a smooth bitterness that lingers on the tongue. Bready malts provide just enough balance to make this IPA thoroughly enjoyable sip after sip. Food Pairings Big IPA flavours prefer equally bold and/or spicy food match-ups. Think strong cheeses, jerk chicken, or curry vindaloo. Technical Specs Alc./Vol.: 6.7% Ingredients: Local Spring Water, Organic Barley Malts, Organic Hops, Brewer’s Yeast. The beer pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a generous fluffy head.that dissipates quickly. There is plenty of floaties as well. The aroma is biscuity malt, tropical fruits, and light yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is pine, tropical citrus, and caramel. Pretty good.

Pours a hazy golden-yellow colour with some amber in it. Big frothy white cap with great retention and loads of fluffy lace. Aromas are beautifully blended between the tropical fruits and grassy hops giving pine hints. The tropical fruit notes starts off the taste and the fresh grass shows up in the finish. A nice medium dryness sets in the mouthfeel, but bitterness takes over with some citrus zest that lingers. This is quite a nice American IPA-style brew for those who like it on the citrus and fruity side.

Pours a huge amount of frothy off-white head and has a hazy orangey appearance with some yeasty sediments quite visible. Dirty lacing. Orange citrus, piney and hoppy aromas. Flavours are very fruity, mostly of the citrus variety. Strong orange notes, coriander, orange peel. Some spices also in the mix, resin hops. Nice and bitter mouthfeel, quite in your face. But fairly well balanced with sweetness. Slick and tingling sensation. Full bodied. Pretty good tasting IPA.
