Enjoyed at Gilbert’s chowder house on our Easter trip there. Pours a pretty clean golden colour with a white cap, average stay and good full lacing. Fresh grassy hops aromas. Same for taste. The mouthfeel is lightly dry. Very easy going pale ale which went down well, especially with the seafood.

Smooth, refreshing, well-balanced, decent flavor, etc. Has pretty much the entire package if looking for a good summer brew, yet nothing really stands out here. Semi-watery with just enough malt to give some flavor. Mild hops on the finish, but definitely noticeable. I'd say this is more like a session pale ale..or feels and tastes like a hoppier pilsner. I wanted to try and the price is good. Probably won't be a seasonal staple though.

A muddy yellow amber colored beer with a small, two fingered, sidsy textured, off white head rising briefly above. There's decent hang time on the head. A nice lacing is left. A grassy-earthy nose. The same in the tasting with a nice blending of bready malt. Light-medium bodied,
