Hand Shake IPA is a commemorative collaboration beer brewed to celebrate the one year anniversary of the Green Flash and Alpine Brewing Company union. Brewmasters Pat and Shawn Mcilhenney and Chuck Silva combined peers to create an IPA worth of sharing with good friends. Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and El Dorado hops create a fresh, orange, peppery flavor with an earthy bitter finish. So delicious, let’s toast to a beautiful friendship. Hazed light orange pour, excellent huge white head and excellent ring after ring lacing. Aroma is tropical fruit and spice. This beer is delicious and dangerous. Very fruity flavour and more. Pineapple, grapefruit, orange, lemon, melon, pine, some floral hops and a hint of spice. Two thumbs up to Green flash and the other brewery.

Bottle. Golden bodied with a short white head. Aroma is fruity and sweet with floral hops, ripe fruits and bubblegum notes. Taste is fruity with floral hops, sweet malt, light caramel, tropical fruit note, Juicy Fruit bubblegum and light spicy hops. Body is medium with a moderate, creamy carbonation. Ends with more floral hops, citrus, tropical fruit notes, sweet malt, light caramel and soft bubblegum notes.
