Pours clear amber with a serviceable eggshell head. Aroma is not strong, but promises fresh malt and pomme. Flavor presents malt, caramel and fruity tones, better than other gluten-free beers I have sampled. Mouthfeel offers good body and peppy fizz. Damm good.

Lighter on malt for the style, but has some good flavor. Caramel malt, some mild fruit....a little bitter in there. Sort of like a stronger ESB. Has a semi-clear light brown appearance. Good value for an import.
