The craft pilsner is brewed using 100% Scottish barley classic lager yeast and water drawn from our own brewery well. A long, cool fermentation and extended maturation produce a classic continental style pilsner with a pleasant biscuity aroma and a fresh lightly malted flavour. Malt: Lager Malt Hops: Challenger, Northdown

The bveer pours a pale gold colour with a generous white head. The aroma was grainy malt, herbal hops. And some old yeast. The mouthfeel was medium n=bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was malted grain, some weak yeast, and musty hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, with average carbonation. The flavour was rather simple with grainy malt and earthy hops. Far from outstanding.

Pours a golden colour with big frothy warm cap that stays quite a long time with full lacing. Barley nose at first, but the pils hops show up. The taste is malty with again, a little hops in the background. Eventually, a metallic note comes out. The mouthfeel is not really crisp and refreshing like it says on the bottle. Gets thick and even a little too sweet. Would not have again.

Part of Christmas mixed 6pk. Pours an average size foamy white head and has a clear golden appearance. Weak lacing. Aromas of grainy malts and grassy notes. A little bit wheaty but very faint. Flavours are a bit sweet, some more grainy malt notes, sweet malts, grassy and subtle bitter hops. Slight drying and slick mouthfeel. Not bad.
