This golden IPA, less bitter than its rival west coast counterparts, is full of peach, passion fruit and citrus notes imparting a wonderful tropical flavour perfectly balanced with sweet malt undertones and hop bitterness.

Pours a slight hazy, light golden colour with a huge warm cap, frothy, creamy with great retention and thick streaky lacing. Aromas of hops that gives out green leaves, some spicy, citrusy notes and fruity malts. The taste shows some spiciness with the hops. A nice bitterness, but not too crazy. Some juiciness, but again, not to the max. A dry enough mouthfeel. Not a bad IPA.

The beer pours a hazed metallic gold with a 2” off-white foamy cap. Lots of sticky lacing. The aroma is pine resin, grapefruit, grass, and caramel. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is caramel, pine, citrus, and grains with a bitter hoppy finish. This is very good. -

On tap at Brothers Beer Bistro. Pours a one finger frothy white head and has a deep golden light amber appearance. Some fairly excessive carbonation. Nice thick dirty lacing. Aromas of toasted malts, earthy and piney hops. Flavours are on the fruity hoppy side. Lots of citrus and floral notes. Slick and slight tarty mouthfeel. Great retention.
