Thanks to PaleAleRider for the share brought back from the brewery. Pours a hazy golden colour with a fizzy white head that disappears quickly leaving nothing. Vinegar aromas, but softer, with some sweetness from the fruits. Nice sourness in the taste with tartiness from the yeast. The rhubarb and strawberries are quite mild in the flavours. Not feeling much of the barrel. Still, quite a nice try and easy-drinking.

Picked up a bottle at the brewery, summer 2017. Aged an extra year, not because I wanted to but waited for a good time to share with friends. Pours an average foamy white but goes away almost immediately. Fairly excessive carbonation, fizzy and bubbly. Has a slightly hazy golden appearance, some sediments are clearly visible. Aromas are wheaty, pears, hints of berries and rhubarb. Flavours are fruity, notes of pears and hints of apple. Strawberry is not as noticeable but does make a faint appearance. Rhubarb is more apparent in the finish. Subtle sour notes but isn't overwhelming.
