Thick Mint mimics one of the most popular Girl Scout cookies out there, Thin Mints. (For some reason we always find them in people’s freezers.) The 10% alcohol by volume imperial stout is brewed with cocoa nibs and mint. Another dessert beer cometh.

    Pours rich coffee brown with a thick and lasting tan head. Aroma delivers mint and chocolate notes - like getting a good whiff of a chocolate mint cookie - plus more than a hint of roast malt. Flavor adds an alcohol jolt to that mix to remind the drinker that, yes, this is BEER, and strong beer at that. Mint, roast malt, chocolate, and a bit of molasses share the gustatory stage. Smooth mouthfeel features viscous body and good fizz. Thick as a mint!

    Jet black in color with a small, one fingered sudsy textured, brown head rising above. There’s some hang time in that head. A half moon ringlet and cap are left. Chocolate and mint rise to the nose, and that mint in a bold way with roasted malt hits the palate Think and resiny on the tongue
