    Pours clear caramel with a slight pink tinge and a thick ivory head that pillows. Aroma is a little shy, but yields tart fruit, a little fresh malt, hint of wine-soaked wood. Flavor yields red wine, tart fruit, malty and woody tones for a distinctive saison. Texture presents firm, smooth body and perky fizz. Rose to the occa-saison
