Pours translucent mahogany with a thick tan head. Aroma delivers bourbon, roast malt, woody and earthy tones - a great fall beer. Flavor presents bourbon, woody, roast malt and earth notes plus - yes, a hint of caramel. Texture yields firm, smooth body and peppy fizz. This is no turkey, but it is wild!
