Une belle bière foncée réconfortante en ces journées d'hiver froide! Une belle attaque de biscuit double-chocolat soutenue par son côté épicé très doux et bien balancé! La muscade, la cannelle, le gingembre, les écorces d'oranges et le clou de girofle valsent avec les saveurs chocolatés et biscuités de la bière. Un régal!

2017 edition found at a local Métro for $10.89, a 750ml brown bottle. Hazy dark brown colour with copper highlights, a beige head leaving a little lace. Dark fruit aromas well-blended with Christmas spices. The taste shows more the roasted malt base with some decent hops in the middle, adding some bite. The spices and dark fruits are milder, so not really rich. Some chocolate malt hints. A nice winter warmer that goes down easily.
