A typical Bavarian style lager that’s golden yellow in colour, with a pleasant malty sweetness balanced by a little dryness. The particularly special taste of Benediktiner Hell is delicately effervescent, malty sweet with gentle notes of hops, notes of fruitiness and aromatic herbs. An intensely enjoyable taste!

Can. Colour – pale straw gold, clear, long lasting white head. Aroma – grass, light yeast, herbal hops. Mouthfeel – medium bodied, medium carbonation. Flavour – sweet malty notes, some yeast, and a nice hoppy finish. A good inexpensive beer.

Can that pours a clean, pale golden-yellow colour with a big creamy white head, very long lasting, leaving some nice creamy lacing. Yeasty aromas at first with some caramel malts. Then, the cereal notes come out found in Helles, with that mild sweetness. This sweet character shows up in the taste at first, but the hops help the finish not being syrupy. Easy to drink. Smooth, but with some decent dryness in the end. A well-balanced Helles, with a Euro Pilsner touch.

The beer pours a translucent light bgold colour nwith plenty of effervescence and asnow white head that quickly becomes a thin film on top. The aroma is cereal and biscuit malt, and some floral hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is very malty with some sweet cereal malt followed by a weak bitter hop finish. The finishing bite could have been more crisp, but a good beer.
