Our modern Gose is soured the hard way, using oak barrels to age the beer on our house lactobacillus. Brewed with our own blend of sea salts, this sea worthy vessel is christened with Hibiscus and rose hips imparting floral notes and a sunrise rose hue.

Taps clear reddish amber with a serviceable eggshell head. Aroma features fruity and floral tones. Flavor reflects the aroma , expanding the fruit notes into pomme pine and berry. Maybe there’s a bit of floral character. Mouthfeel offers decent body and typical fizz. Swallow this.
