Pours hazy golden with a short-lived frothy head. Aroma provides rich clove and cinnamon (or is that the mahleb?), pomme fruit and raw malt. Flavor gives woody, spice, apple and raw malt - and a serious alcohol bite that says drink it slowly! Texture presents decent body and shy fizz, and a tart finish. Get rooted in it.
