Pours clear solar yellow with at thick snow-white head. Aroma yields tart pomme and tropical fruit, crisp fresh malt, a hint of yeast. Flavor offers the same plus a touch of woody hops. Texture features fairly firm body and jazzy fizz. Some secrets are not meant to be kept.
