Taps clear solar yellow with a good ivory head that leaves good lacing. Aroma presents crisp malt and a hint of apple, not strong but OK for a Pils. Flavor is bolder, raw malt plus apple plus a whisper of resiny hops. Texture features firm body for a Pilsner and lively fizz. Not sure about the name - if only it didn't invoke the name of a stupid SF TV series.
