Again, no head on this draft beer from Schlafly, but the flavor was so rich for a wheat ale! What this beer lacked in eye candy it more than made up for with a complex grassy, citrusy and acidic beer balanced very nicely with a subtle addition of honey that wasn't overpowering and enhanced the floral hop qualities quite nicely.
