Hmmm. Not sure what to think of this one, and I have no clue how old this was. I've had fresher from Green Flash, and you get the feeling this was once pretty epic. Piney and tropical, with a floral aroma. Maybe a little hop forward for them, but still nice.

On tap at O’Brien’s. The Imperial IPA pours a deep orange gold color on tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is juicy hops, floral hops, caramel and sweet. A medium bodied Imperial IPA. The malts are fruity, caramel and sweet. The hops are floral, piney and citrusy. Lots of hop flavors without a whole lot of hop bitterness. Lots of grapefruit and orange flavors. Nice carbonation. Good balance. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter with a lot of lingering hop bitterness. Real good West Coast IPA.
