Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a murky gold body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up prunes, figs, banana, clove and bubble gum at the end of the draw. The taste delivers similar notes of spicy clove leading quickly to bubble gum, banana and a sweet background of figs and prunes. Somehow this ends dry to balance out the sweetness it started with. Pretty solid.
