Nous sommes bien heureux de vous présenter Transcendance un assemblage d’Imperial Stout affinés 20 mois en fût de bourbon Buffalo Trace 10 ans et de Willett Family Estate. Vous y trouverez des nuances et arômes de vanille, de bourbon, de chocolat avec une bonne présence du bois. La texture de ce stout est particulièrement riche et épaisse. Nous avons cherché à créer une bière empreinte d'équilibre et de délicatesse. Bref, c’est une bière à la fois délicate, intense et gourmande.

A very dark brown colour with a tad ruby highlights, a darker brown bubbly head, average stay and minimal lacing. Roasted barley aromas with some prunes, woodiness, and alcohol coming out eventually. This continues into the taste with the prunes taking over with molasses, and hints of cacao. The Bourbon notes are quite well-blended in here, so not getting too much of this American whiskey. Some good bitterness lingers in the finish. Much of a good Imperial Stout with those little extra added values.
