Is there anything more Canadian than an eager beaver? We developed this refreshing, drinkable beer as a tribute to our national symbol, the Canadian beaver. Brewed in our historic brewery on the Gananoque River, this beer uses traditional lager yeast and is conditioned for an extended period and filtered to create a smooth crystal-clear finish.

Picked up a tallboy at the brewery. Pours a big foamy white head that dissipates to a thin layer and has a clear straw coloured appearance. Lacing is ok. Aromas are grainy and malty, subtle hints of grassy hops. Flavours are pretty much similar, lots of sweet malts and grains. Some notes of wheats and some more grassy hops. Carbonation is fairly normal. Good retention. Nothing too exciting, but still quite refreshing.
