Pours clear, coppery amber with a fairly thick pale buff head. Aroma is temptingly malty with a hoppy underpinning and a hint of apple. Flavor is quite hoppy, more like an IPA, somewhat bitter but balanced by subtle malty sweetness and the apple note. Mouthfeel has firm body and a strong, persistent fizz. Drink locally!
