Wafting aromas of candied citrus followed by a mouth feel of mellow pear, lemon, sweet pepper and Belgian yeast overtones. Take your time to fully appreciate this fine brew.

This Belgian IPA-style beer is hazy golden with a frothy warm cap, good retention and some bubbly-creamy lace. Fresh hop nose with light citrus, Belgian Ale yeast vanilla and spices. Citrus taste with light grass, slightly metallic, with the yeast in the finish. I guess this use to be a Belgian Blonde, but now says Belgian IPA. Weird how this changed, but the name stayed the same. A nice blend between a Belgian Ale and an IPA.

At the brewpub, had a 12oz glass to start. Arrived with a thin white foamy head and has a cloudy golden/light amber appearance. Good lacing. Aromas are of mild citrus and herbal hops, not much malty type aromas. Flavour has a mild yeasty taste, lots of citrus hops, hints of honey sweetness and banana. Notes of pears and coriander. Has medium carbonation mouthfeel, fairly smooth. Pretty good stuff!
