Paying homage to Porter's origin in 18th century London, our Porter reflects 3 threads that run through our beers: Tradition, the art and science of brewing and our own family hops. An easy drinking, dark brown beer with notes of caramel, roasted nuts and mocha coffee, best enjoyed at cellar temperature. Cheers!

The beer pours a solid black colour with a generous tan coloured head that lasts several minutes. Not a lot of lacing. The aroma is roasted malt, coffee and hints of caramel. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is roasted malt, rich dark coffee, nuts, and a hint of yeast. The bitter aftertaste lingers a while. It’s a solid porter!

Can that pours a dark brown colour with copper highlights. Big frothy light-beige head, great stay and mild lacing. Roasted malt aromas with some nice coffee at first. Then, dark fruit and maple syrup come out. Wet, oily mouthfeel with a nice dryness lingering in the finish. Nutty taste with the burnt malts, caramel and nice hops blending things. A good regular porter with nicely balanced hops in the end.
