Draught@CPH BF 2011. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is a bunch of spices, some syrup, ginger and also sweet maltyness. Flavour is spices, sweetish malts as well as some mild earthy and herbal notes.

On tap at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Gruit brewed with meadowsweet, yarrow and bee balm. Cloudy golden colour. Nice herbal aroma. The flavour has an unusual sweetish herbal character, but lacks the balance of bittering hops (or other bittering agents).

Sampled on 2/19/2011 on tap at Beer Revolution. This specialty grain beer pours a light orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, herbal and spicy, oregano and basil. A medium bodied specialty grain beer. The malts are fruity , sweet and citrusy. The hops are herbal. Nice balance. Soft carbonation. Yup that’s oregano!, and if it’s not it sure tastes just like it whatever it is. Soft palate. Herbal and spicy. Interesting Beer, the herbal and spicy integrate to make a fairly unique beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly herbal and sweet.
