Second Ontario Pilsner of the night (the other being the Stonehammer). This one pours a golden colour with a slight off-white cap, decent retention and full foamy lace. Spicy hop aromas with some nice cereal grain malts. Quite soapy hops for flavours with some pepper. Hints of grainy malts with some caramel. Not as rich as the Stonehammer, but taste is a little off-balance.

473ml can from LCBO. Pours a fairly big foamy white head and has a clear straw coloured appearance. Lots of dirty sticky lacing remains. Aromas of grains, wheats and grassy hops. Flavours are fairly malty, a bit sweet. Still some grainy malt notes but not too overwhelming. Grassy and light piney hop notes. Lively carbonation and medium retention. Slick and tingly sensation on the palate. Ok, but too similar to many other pilsners.
