Experimental small batch brew from Smoky Mountain Brewery - On tap @ Calhoun's on Bearden Hill in Knoxville (part of the Smoky Mountain Brewery's sister restaurants.) Light hazy purple-tinged amber-orange pour, decent white head, some lacing. Very light raspberry nose, wheats and sweet malts, more berries, a touch of honeysuckle. Not overly sweet like some fruit beers, has some sourness to it - tart, which is a good thing, light raspberry and other berry flavors, wet sweet wheats, lemongrass, light honey, very little bitter linger. A nice light hot weather ale which is easy to drink. Should be a summer hit for them.
