Curiosity One Hundred Twenty-One is part of our yearly endeavor to discover and understand the nuances of our hop selections. Sensory analysis is important, but even more important is participating in the day-to-day brewing with these hops to make subtle and critical changes to best represent each hop. At Tree House, we are pleased that everyone who brews participates in this process, and our beer is better for it. Pours translucent apricot with a thin buttermilk head. Aroma offers resiny hops, crisp malt, zesty and sweetish citrus and tropical. Flavor delivers dank and resiny hops, tart and sweet citrus and tropical, fresh malt. Texture features nice body, decent fizz. Be curious.
