Four is truly a light yet flavorful beer. The recipe uses a good portion of wheat and incorporates a sour mash into the process to make it slightly tart and extra refreshing. It has delicate aromas and flavors that span a range of floral, grassy and herbal notes. The finish is extra dry and makes the beer a great beverage to pair with food, especially various cheeses and shellfish. Malts: organic pale, organic wheat, organic munich Unmalted: rolled wheat Hops: hallertauer mittelfrüh

Hmmm, and herbal, tart wheat beer. Interesting. What stood out a little here was actually the body, though it was solid all around. Not sure about the hefty bottle price, but nice on tap.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite breweries! (Minus Billy the Mountain, I don't get it). Anyways, medium bodied, slightly less hoppy than the five, with an overall flavour profile closer to champagne than white wine. Spicy and tart. It also seems to glean something wood like, but I don't know. Will have to update this once I have had some more!

RBAG 2012.........Cloudy gold body with a tall white cap. Aroma is lemon, vanilla that started out aggressive but slowly died down. Getting some banana notes in the nose and other thing i think. First sip the only thing I think of is sour lemon! Yeast , banana, more sour. Good amount of mild funk. Good beer nothing bad to say except i wish i had more but some jackass here poured him self a full pint instead of if meager deserved share.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, mild earth and some herbal notes. Flavour is wood, fruits, earth and some tart notes. Pleasant, balanced and malty aftertaste.

Hazy straw color with only a tiny bit of foam. has a weak farmhouse yeast aroma as this is the lightest of their beers. More wheat is put into this one. Light body is refreshing with medium carbonation. Balanced malt and bitterness, but not really complex. A good drinking beer that doesn't stand out in any way.

Sampled on 1/22/2010. This saison pours a slightly hazy orange gold color from a 750ml botlle. A huge sized white rocky head hangs around a while and leave some nice lacing on the glass. The aroma is fruity, oranges and peaches, some spices, some honey and yeast. A medium bodied saison. The malts are fruity and sweet, cereal and grain. There is a definite sour and tart aspect to the beer, which shows up more at the finish. The hops are floral and spicy. Lively carbonation. Nice balance. Lots of flavor for a 4.5% ABV beer. Light and refreshing. The tartness at the finish is really nice and kind of intensifies as you go along. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sour and tart.
