Thanks to Joey for this beer. Another really nice porter - coffee is present. It's a tad thin, even for a porter. That being said, it is a nice beer and would have it again.

This was the most INCREDIBLE coffee porter I have ever tasted! The color is a dark black richness that looks darker when you are sniffing the edge of the glass. The aroma is all about strong roasted coffee bean presence! The strong coffee taste is in the front row. If you like your coffee black you will LOVE this brew. Plus, it is brewed with organic coffee beans. I like the brewer's farmer/roaster/brewer trilogy philosophy of this brew. Researching the beer I found out this Vermont brewery won a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival. Awesome brew! A must try if you are a porter gal or guy! I tried this beer at a unique place called the Curious Grape in Shirlington, VA. Half portions of food and wine/beer on the menu gives you options to create your own Beer Dinner or Wine Dinner. Great stop if you are in the area! Cheers! ;)
