A belgian style white beer is our offering for the warmer months. Naturally cloudy, due to a high percentage of local organic raw wheat, and mildly spiced with orange peel and coriander. Light, fruity, and refreshing. Our newest ale will be available from May to September.

Indeed a refreshing brew. Cloudy bright golden body with a full white head. Exhibits floral, wheat, orange and other citrus fruit aromas. Taste is light, clear and refreshingly crisp.

OK, another beer from those green people Otter Creek. Beautiful swirling appearance when you pour this properly into your glass. We have the gunk on the bottom of the bottle to thank for that. This is one lazy golden spinning tempest of aesthetic pleasure. Initially has some hint of soap on the palate. Good clean aroma that is refined and royal, tho sparse. Some initial alcohol bite, provides a slight bitter nip. Flavor gets better as you continue to drink. Good creamy carbonation. The bitterness does not decrease, it just becomes more acceptable. Belgian white is a difficult style to live up to. A little better than Samuel Adams White Ale but not as good as wttekirke, pax and good old hoegaarden. Finish is very acceptable but disciplined mildly, with a hint of alky bitterness.

Light gold color. Small head. Aroma is coriander, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied wit. Malts are fruity and sweet. Bright yeasts. Light and fruity. Nice smooth finish. Light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Not a great looking beer to look atdull corn/yellow with a small frothy white head, that goes very fast to leave minimal lacing. smell is about what I would expect for style though the wheat tones seem rather strong. Nice sweet witbier..some medicinal bitterness..though its quite nice actually..long wheaten aftertaste. quite a good feel on the palate. this is a quite drinkable beer in the heat..nice but not fantastic.

Very refreshing. Pours a very hazy golden yellow, with a large head the diminishes quickly to a thin layer. Aroma is sweet citrus and coriander. Flavor is nice and sweet up front, full of orange peel. Finishes with more citric flavors as well as a healthy dose of coriander. Not bad, but not the best example of the style either.

Not something I'll probably have again. Very hazy, muddy water look to it with a small head that tapers off to absolutely nothing in seconds. Looks more like a grapefruit juice than beer. The taste is quite citric with banana and orange notes in there that turns tart at the end. I felt like I was drinking an orange soda water rather than a beer. Quite a bit of carbonation here. I didn't even really find it all that refreshing.
