A cloudy rust colored medium bodied ale with a frothy white colored head. Initially I smelled grapefruit, lemon and candy followed by the strong smell of alcohol. On the palate I tasted golden raisins and a warming sensation which was due to the strength of the alcohol. A very good tripel.

A dark chocolate colored ale with a smooth and creamy whote head that took its time to dissipate. A smooth medium to full bodied ale that had a smoky chocolate aroma with a faint bitterness followed by flavors of caramel and chocolate. Not a sweet beer but had a nice bitterness to sweetness balance without it being dry.

A tart yet somewhat sweet beer from Belgium. This golden and rust colored medium bodied ale had an aroma of tart green apples yet had sweet, ripe fruit flavors on the palate. Also had an effervescence that added to the character of this interesting beer.

A dark black colored ale with a dark brown to black colored head(which dissipates somewhat quickly). A full-bodied ale that has the flavor of bittersweet chocolate with a roasted aroma. Delicious brew from NJ.

A dark caramel brown colored medium bodied ale. I noticed strong aromas of ginger and cinnamon and quite spicy flavors of nutmeg and ginger with a hint of sweet honey. A delicious tasting beer but the spices seem to have a somewhat strong presence in the bottle.
